For the purposes of this return and exchange policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service.

Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.

You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

All items are eligible for return, except the products that are: The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of goods is, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 10 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

  • product must be returned in its original packaging
  • product wasn’t used or damaged
  • product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • product must have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Unfortunately, products that were marked as gifts when purchased are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
You will get the refund in 5 working days if all the conditions mentioned above are met.

After receiving a return request, our delivery partner will need 1-2 working days to pick up your order.
